Through the practice of yoga, a child learns to optimize his energy, to concentrate, to breathe properly, to relax his body, to better manage the anxiety, setbacks and tensions, to be more conscious and responsible towards him and the world, and, above all, to develop complete physical, emotional and mental well - being.


The lesson is planned with the intention of channeling the child's energy to the harmonious development of his body and his mind without forcing anything, only to develop his creativity, to stretch his muscles, to listen to his own sounds, to sing and represent mythical characters as animals, the sun, the moon, among other elements of yoga adapted to the universe of the child. Thus, in a playful way, the child practices yoga.
