This is a class where yoga postures are done sequentially, with the continuous flow of the breath, in order to create the basis for a strong connection between body and mind. In a first phase, our strength and flexibility increase; with time and progress, the fluctuations of the mind will diminish and the concentration on the body-mind connection will deepen.
With practise and repeating the same techniques, body and mind become synchronised, and from this pacification we can observe what Change consists of. Once the mind is focused on what doesn't change, meditation happens. Vinyasa Yoga classes are more dynamic and sometimes intense, and we use purifications, postures, breathing techniques, concentration and relaxation/meditation.
