This is a class where yoga postures are placed sequentially, based on the continuous flow of breath, in order to create the basis for a strong connection between body and mind. In a first phase, strength and flexibility increase, but with continuation it is likely to create the roots to lessen the fluctuations of the mind and to deepen concentration on the body-mind connection.

With practice and its the techniques - that are always the same, the body and the mind are synchronized, and from this pacification we are allowed to observe what the change consists of. Once mind is established, meditation happens. In Vinyasa Yoga practice, classes are dynamic, sometimes intense and we use purifications, postures, breathing, concentration and relaxation / meditation.
