We think about meditation as a powerful tool to create emotional stability and self-knowledge. We know this practice has a positive impact on the lives of those who are persistent. As such, at Yoga Shankara we give you the opportunity to put those elements forward to achieve the quality of meditation.


Among the different ways of meditations, they all share the same essence: achieving a state of self-communion and self-observation. With regular practise, thoughts flow better and the mind is ready to reflect and to understand its own truth. The meditative atmosphere helps to amplify the state of presence in the HERE and the NOW.
