Practising yoga regularly is a way to achieve great physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as improving self-consciousness and inner peace. At our school, each class is carefully prepared so that every student, from the very beginner to the advanced practitioner, can enjoy the benefits of Hatha Yoga. With our free-access subscription, you are free to come in at any time of the day and enjoy all of the classes available! We offer a great variety of daily classes, workshops, events, therapies and massages so that you can benefit from everything this lifestyle can bring. In order to integrate everyone, our classes are bilingual (Portuguese and English).
